Women’s Volleyball Heading to San Diego
ETOBICOKE – The Humber women's volleyball program is heading south over the holiday break, leaving for San Diego Dec. 27 and returning Jan. 3.
The Hawks will join a number of the top university and college teams in Canada for a few exhibitions matches, along with team training and bonding sessions.
After playing against Lionel-Groulx on Dec. 28, the Hawks will play No. 1 VIU, followed by No. 9 Édward Monpetit on Dec. 29.
Humber will then play the San Diego Forza1 Club team on Dec. 30, before playing in a four-team tournament on New Year's Eve.
Humber volleyball returns to OCAA conference action Jan. 9 against Conestoga. Game time is set for 6 p.m. and will be streamed live on the Hawks Sports Network.
