HAWKS COMPLETE SWEEP OF THE NORTH WITH TOUGH 3-1 WIN

HAWKS COMPLETE SWEEP OF THE NORTH WITH TOUGH 3-1 WIN

SUDBURY, ON: The Humber Women's Volleyball team take their last away game of the season in a hard 4 set battle against the Golden Shield (24-26, 25-23, 25-14, 25-19). Cambrian brought their game for their final home match and gave it all they had, never giving Humber a break.

The first match started off strong for Cambrian getting two points for every one point Humber received and then not giving Humber any runs. Near the end of the set Humber pushed back and almost received the win but it was a little too late.

The second set seemed to go the complete opposite with the Hawks making a strong start and then the Golden Shield fighting back in the end going on a 7-point run to bring them back from 22-12 to 22-20. This run didn't seem enough as the Hawks push to win 25-23.

Humber took control of the last two sets to end the game but Cambrian never gave up, giving them a run for their money.
