Humber Baseball's Pre-Season Schedule Starts With Trip To Montréal
ETOBICOKE - The Humber Hawks men's baseball team, winners of the 2018 OCAA Provincial and NCBC National crowns, will begin their quest to repeat with games on Friday, August 23 through Sunday, August 25th in Montréal.
This four-game exhibition series is part of the tryout process, allowing to see potential roster players get some live action in before the final team slate is announced.
Friday will see the Hawks battle McGill University (CCBA) at 4:00 pm, followed by the nightcap at 7:00 pm versus the University of Toronto Blues (OUA). On Saturday afternoon, the Hawks and Blues will battle once again, this time at 4:30 pm. The final game will take place on Sunday morning at 10:00 am vs McGill. All of the games will be played at Gary Carter Park.
Humber will play four more exhibition games before the first pitch of the 2019 OCAA season, with all of them being played on the road.
