HAWKS TO TEST CCAA NATIONAL COURSE IN TUNE-UP FOR PROVINCIALS

KING CITY, ONT: The Seneca Invitational is the next stop on the Humber Hawks Cross Country schedule. With this race, the Hawks will be able to have a look at their 2018-19 CCAA Cross Country course, hosted by Seneca College. This pre-national race will take place Saturday September, 29 at Seneca's King Campus, located parallel to Lake Seneca. 

As the race approaches the Hawks have been dedicating their time to harder practices and more endurance based workouts. This famous course, is not only known for its beautiful trails, but the hill that every athlete hates running. Humber has the upper hand, with their practices consisting of hill based workouts - both men's and women's cross country teams are known to dominate hills.
