HAWKS DROP ONLY ONE GAME IN FULL WEEKEND OF EXHIBITION PLAY

ETOBICOKE, Ontario: The Humber Hawks women's volleyball team, who have foregone tournaments in pre-season in favour of an aggressive exhibition schedule, will head out towards London on Friday for a series of games against both OCAA and OUA competition.

Humber will make a stop in Kitchener on Friday night, for a tilt with Conestoga, with a start slated for 7:00 pm.

They will then jump on the bus for another short drive, this time to London. On Saturday they will play Western University at 6:30 pm, in a game to be played at Thames Hall.

Hawks win 9 sets, lose 2 in split squad play

On Sunday they will do double-duty, playing the University of Waterloo at 9:30 am, and then end the weekend with a1:30 match against Acadia University. These two games will take place at Alumni Hall, on the Western campus.

The regular season is still a few weeks away, with the opener on the road at Sheridan on Saturday, October 24.
