Fadare Invited to Volleyball Canada’s Junior Team Virtual Training

OTTAWA – Volleyball Canada announced today the roster for Team Canada's U21 men's virtual training groups, with Humber's Joshua Fadare selected in the pool of 27 players.

The U21 men's team is led by head coach Ryan Marsden and the virtual training program was created to further connect, educate, and continue the development of the selected athletes as Canada looks towards World Championship qualifications in 2021.

The athletes will be engaged through various sessions in July and August including support from Team Canada staff on technical, tactical, physical, and mental skill development.

As a highly-touted recruit, Fadare made an immediate impact with Humber volleyball last season, helping the Hawks rise to the top-ranked program in the country for the first time since 2012. Fadare was named the conference's rookie of the year after he led the program in kills-per-set (3.03), points (147), and points-per-set (3.5).
