HAWKS MAKE IT BAKERS DOZEN WITH 13TH STRAIGHT WIN

SUDBURY, ON: The Men's Volleyball team starts off their weekend trip to Sudbury with a quick win against the Boreal Vipers. The entire team got a chance to play, and contribute to the 3 straight set win. The team showed great depth and a positive attitude throughout the game, dominating the court.

The first set started off slow for the Hawks after a long bus ride to Boreal, but the Hawks quickly found their groove and started putting the pressure on the Vipers. In the next two sets, Humber cleaned up their play, and coasted to their 13th straight win.

Highlights of the game:

Clayton Blanchette eclipsed 600 kills for his career.

Many of the rookies on the hawks got a chance to showcase their talent tonight, starting in some of their first games of the season. Bio Steel Athlete of the Month Jackson Brear lit up the court with team leading stats of 8 kills and 4 digs. Jake Gomes also played extremely well controlling the court and putting up over 30 beautiful assists.

The Hawks look forward to grabbing another win on the season tomorrow against Cambrian Golden Shield at 3pm.
