HEALTHY HAWKS WIN HUGE ROAD GAME 3-1 AT MOHAWK

HAMILTON, ON: The Hawks were a step closer to having their full roster available, and that was a huge factor in Humber's second win on the season, a 3-1 win over the Mohawk Mountaineers. Freshman Dylan Devecseri was back on the scene after a pre-season injury that left him off the playing roster for the first three regular season games. His impact was instant. The Hawks ran out to an improbable easy first set win, not allowing the host team a chance to get into the match early. The defending champions from Mohawk responded as champions do, with a solid set win from start to finish. The third saw the Hawks go behind by three, and then tie, only to go behind by three again and again. But, when they finally grabbed the lead, they kept it for good. The fourth and final set mirrored the third in many ways, including the 25-20 set score.

With the win, the Hawks record improves to 2-2 on the season. Mohawk drops to 1-3.
