No. 5 FANSHAWE'S OFFENCE TOPS HAWKS, 3-1

LONDON, Ont: The Humber men's volleyball (5-1, 3rd West) team lost in four sets at no. 5 Fanshawe (7-1, 1st West), falling by scores of 25-18, 14-25, 13-25 and 19-25.

Second-year outside hitter Clayton Blanchette (St. Catharines) finished with a game-high 25 kills in the loss.  Blanchette, the OCAA points-per-set leader, added three service aces to finish the match with 28 points. 

The Falcons were led by James Jackson's team-high 15 kills, while Nate Van Camp had a double-double with 10 kills and 11 digs.

The Hawks surprised the nation's fifth ranked program by winning the first set but were then held to a season-low .104 attack percentage. 

Adam Kinoshita (Brampton) finished with a game-high 34 for Humber, while Josh Liang (Scarborough) had a game-high 13 digs.

The Hawks return to the Humber Athletic Centre on Thursday, December 1 to host the no. 3 Mohawk Mountaineers (6-1, 2nd West).  First serve is set for 8pm and will be streamed live on the Hawks Sports Network.
