LEAL, STRONG DEFENCE GUIDE No.4 HUMBER TO WIN AT GEORGE BROWN

TORONTO, Ont – The No. 4 Humber men's soccer team (7-1-1, 1st Central) picked up three points on the road Friday night, defeating George Brown (4-1-4, 3rd Central), 3-1.

In their previous meeting, the Huskies gave Humber its first regular-season loss since 2013.

In the sixth minute, Julian Mullin was taken down in the box and Federico Leal converted the penalty kick.

Humber continued to dominate possession and in the 38th minute, Leal scored his second goal of the match.

After the break, Matthew DaSilva scored for the Huskies, sliding a misplayed ball past keeper Nick Frenati.

Humber responded quickly when freshman Aziah Reid gave the Hawks their two-goal lead back, securing the win for Humber.

Nick Frenati recorded the win for Humber, the seventh of his career.
