HAWKS SNARE TEAM SILVER AT GANNON U SPRING INVITATIONAL

ERIE, PA -- The Humber Hawks were back on the course for the first time since their silver medal performance at the 2018 CCAA Championships in the Fall. The team turned in an impressive performance by winning the team silver medal at the Annual Gannon University Spring Invitational. Their score of 309 (+21) was seven strokes behind the championship squad from Allegheny College. Humber was the only Canadian team playing in the NCAA based event. 

The team battled incredibly windy conditions, with gusts hitting 50 mph on the day. 

Conner Watt, Luke McLean and Michael Vance recorded 77's, which placed them all in an eighth-place tie on the individual board. 

The team is preparing for the upcoming Golf Canada University/College National Championships.
