HAWKS TRAVEL HEAD EAST TO CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI TO PLAY IN PRESTIGIOUS EVENT

CHARLOTTETOWN, PEI: The Humber Hawks men's basketball team continue their challenging pre-season schedule with a trip east to Charlottetown, PEI. Humber will compete in the 2018 Mickey Place Memorial Basketball Tournament, hosted by the UPEI Panthers.

The invitation to this prestigious event came bay way of former Hawks head man, and current UPEI head coach Darrell Glenn. Glenn, a Humber Varsity hall of Fame member, led Humber to many OCAA titles before moving on to the head role at UPEI.

The event will feature many of the top university and college teams in Canada, plus the NCAA's University of Maine at Fort Kent.

Saturday October 13th

8:00 p.m. - U.P.E.I vs. McMaster

Sunday October 14th

2:00pm - Holland vs. Maine at Fort Kent
