LAST TIME OUT VS DURHAM

The Durham Lords swept the first two games between the two teams at home, but both by the thinnest of margins. The second game was a 5-4 thriller for the Lords. Humber struck early, but Durham responded with the only crooked number of the day, a three spot in the third. Humber got to within one in the seventh, but was unable to draw into a tie. Myranda Pierson was strong, only giving up three hits and three earned in five innings, but was still tagged with the loss. Emily Glendinning went to 2-0 for Durham with the win.
