HAWKS WOMEN HEAD EAST IN SEARCH OF 2019 CCAA NATIONAL GOLD
ETOBICOKE, ON: The Humber Hawks women's curling team, two-time national silver medalists, will look to take the next step up the ladder at the 2019 CCAA National Curling Championships this coming week at Willie O'Ree Place in Fredericton.
Play begins on Thursday, March 15/19 and will continue through Tuesday, March 19/19.
Cindy Bishop, the coach of the Hawks team since it reentered collegiate curling play will be leading the team once again.
Humber features a veteran-laden squad, with Cassie Paccanaro at the helm as the skip.
The Hawks will open Friday at 7:30 am (est) vs the defending champion Fanshawe Falcons.
