HUMBER’S NYL YAKURA WINS CANADIAN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP
SASKATOON, SK: Nyl Yakura, a second year member of the Humber Varsity Badminton team, won the men's doubles national title at the 2017 Yonex Canadian National Championships in Saskatoon.
Yakura and partner Jason Ho-Shue defeated Adrian Lui and Toby Ng in two straight sets by scores of 21-16 and 27-25.
