OLIVIA LEI - FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE YEAR

ETOBICOKE, ON: Olivia Lei made history this year by being selected as the CCAA National Player of the Year for the third consecutive year. And the honours just roll on from there, with almost everything coming in three's. Three of all of the following have also come: CCAA Women's Singles golds, OCAA Player of the Year, OCAA Women's Singles golds, OCAA All-Star, Humber Athlete of the Year.

In all of her matches on the national and provincial stage, she did not drop a single set. In the seven matches at the recent CCAA nationals, Lei outscored her opponents 294-108. In fact, she is now 21-0 all-time in CCAA play. Beyond the scope of collegiate play, she is regarded as one of the best players in the nation.
